成都轻工职业技术大学（原成都纺织高等专科学校）是四川省属公办全日制本科层次职业学校，前身为1939年创办的国立中央技艺专科学校。学校位于四川成都，有犀浦校区、邛崃产教园区两个校区，占地面积1144亩，全日制在校生1万余人，教职工近1千人。学校设有12个二级学院（教学部），开办专业45个，建有国家高水平专业群2个、省级高水平专业群2个、职业教育本科专业6个。学校自2013年开始招收留学生，至今已累计培养来自20多个国家800余名留学生。针对留学生，开设三年制大专学习、一年制普通话课程和灵活学制的技艺工作坊培训，如“手工印染与数码印染”、“蜀锦蜀绣”、‘手工编织’、“手工旗袍定制 ”等，作为职业技术技能培训和学历生选修课程；与企业合作开展订单培养，实施国内外岗位培训课程；定期开展留学生 “汉语+”研学活动，组织参加中国东盟教育交流周、“一带一路”金砖职业技能大赛等各种职业技能和文化交流。学校多次被评为四川省留学生教育先进单位。

Chengdu Qinggong Polytechnic University (formerly Chengdu Textile College) is a public full-time undergraduate-level vocational university under the Sichuan Provincial Government. It traces its origins back to the National Central Vocational Technical College founded in 1939. The university is located in Chengdu, Sichuan. It has two campuses: Xipu Campus and Qionglai Industry-Education Integration Campus. The university covers an area of 1,144 mu (approximately 76 hectares), with over 10,000 full-time students and nearly 1,000 faculty and staff. The university has 12 schools (teaching departments), offering 45 programs, including 2 national high-level program clusters, 2 provincial high-level program clusters, and 6 vocational undergraduate programs. Since the university started to enroll international students in 2013, it has cultivated a total of about 800 international students from more than 20 countries. For international students, the university offers three-year diploma study, one-year Mandarin course and flexible academic system of techniques and handicrafts workshop training, such as "Handmade Dyeing & Printing and Digital Printing & Dyeing", "Shu Brocade & Shu Embroidery", "Handmade Knitting", "Handmade Qipao Customization" which are elective courses for international students. Career training courses are implemented with enterprises at home and abroad. "Chinese plus" tour study activities, China ASEAN Education and Exchange Week, etc a variety of vocational skills, cultural exchanges and competitions are also regularly organized for international students. The university has been awarded as an advanced unit in international student education and management by Sichuan Higher Education Society of International Students Management Branch many times, and many teachers as advanced individuals.

申请材料

1. 《外国留学生入学申请表》（学校英文官网：https://en.cdtc.edu.cn/打印填写）；

2. 语言水平证明：HSK4级、HSK3级证书；无HSK汉语水平证书，需提供英语语言水平证书；

3. 证件照：2 寸白底免冠（3.5×4.5cm），JPG，320×240 像素以上；

4. 来华学习计划 / 个人陈述（中文或英文，≥200 字）；

5. 健康体检证明：提交《外国人体格检查表》（中国海关统一表，英文填写，医院盖章 + 骑缝章，有效期 6个月）；

6. 高中毕业证书，最高学历证书及成绩单复印件（其他语言的证书必须附有相应的经公证的中文或英文翻译件）；

7. 护照或外国国籍证书复印件；

8. 无犯罪记录公证翻译：需中文/英文公证；

9. 毕业学校的推荐信（非必须项，有推荐信者同等条件下优先录取）。

注：申请人须具备基本中文或英语沟通交流能力。有中文基础者同等条件下优先。

Application Documents

1. Application Form for International Students (download and fill in via the university's official English website: https://en.cdtc.edu.cn/);

2. Language proficiency certificate. HSK Level 3 and HSK Level 4 holders will be given priority under equal conditions. Applicants without HSK certificates may submit other valid English language credentials;

3. ID photo: 2-inch bare-headed photo with white background, size 3.5×4.5cm, JPG format, resolution no less than 320×240 pixels;

4. Study Plan & Personal Statement for China admission, Chinese or English version with no less than 200 words;

5. Valid Physical Check report, Foreigner Physical Examination Form (official China Customs version, filled in English, affixed with official stamp and cross-page seal, valid for 6 months);

6. Copies of high school diploma, highest academic certificate and academic transcript. Certificates in other languages must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;

7. Copy of passport or foreign nationality certificate;

8. Notarized Chinese or English translation of non-criminal record certificate;

9. Recommendation letter from graduating school (optional, priority given to applicants with it under equal conditions).

※Note: Applicants must be basically fluent in Chinese or English as the communication language. Applicants with a basic knowledge of Chinese language will be given priority under equal conditions.

汉语进修课程（一年制）

Mandarin language course (One-Year)

申请资料

2. 证件照：2 寸白底免冠（3.5×4.5cm），JPG，320×240 像素以上；

3. 来华学习计划 / 个人陈述（中文或英文，≥200 字）；

5. 最高学历学位证书及成绩单复印件（其他语言的证书必须附有相应的经公证的中文或英文翻译件）；

8. 毕业或在读学校的推荐信（非必须项，有推荐信者同等条件下优先录取）。

国际学生奖学金

学校为专科学历国际学生提供以下三类奖学金，具体申请与发放规则如下：

1. 四川省政府外国留学生奖学金

2. 成都市 “一带一路”留学生政府奖学金

3. 成都轻工职业技术大学奖学金

每生每年标准为15000 元、7500 元、5000 元三档

重要说明

1. 以上奖学金均为申请审核制，学校将按招生比例统一评审、择优发放。

2. 奖学金申请、评审、发放及管理均严格按照四川省、成都市及学校相关办法执行。

3. 若学生在第一学年申请退学，则视为其自动放弃已获评奖学金。

Scholarship Information

Three types of scholarships are offered for Advanced Diploma Programme (Three-Year) students:

3. Chengdu University of Light Industry and Technology Scholarship

RMB 15,000 or 7,500 or 5,000 per person per academic year

Important Notes

• All scholarships are application-based. Only those qualified can be offered through assessments.

• Selection and disbursement are conducted according to admission quotas and relevant governmental and university regulations.

• If students drop out in the first  academic year, they shall be deemed to have voluntarily waived all scholarships.

收费明细

CDQU Tuition and Fees for International Students

1. 报名费 Application Fee：RMB/Academic Year

学历教育项目 Degree Program：400

※注：报名费在递交申请时缴纳，一经缴纳，不予退还。

Note: Application fee is non-refundable, which shall be paid when submitting application documents.

3. 住宿费 Accommodation Fee

学校为留学生提供了舒适的住宿设施。所有房间内均设有独立卫生间，配有网络接口等。每栋留学生公寓均配备公共洗衣房。

CDQU provides comfortable accommodations for our international students. All the rooms are assessed with individual bathroom, internet access, etc. Each dormitory building has public laundry rooms.

4. 床上及基本生活用品费 Bedding Set Fee

学校为每个新入学学生配有床上用品及基本生活用品一套， 费用约为550元/人。此项物品学生自愿购买。

Bedding set is provided in each room and costs around 550 RMB per person. Student can decide whether to purchase bedding set from the school willingly.

5. 保险费 Insurance Fee

1000元/学年 RMB/Year（以保险公司最新公布的费用标准为准）。根据中国教育部要求，所有来华留学的外国学生均应购买“来华留学生综合保险”。关于保险的具体条款、保险责任、理赔方式等信息，请至网站http://www.lxbx.net查阅并下载相关资料。

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education of China, all foreign students studying in China should purchase the "Comprehensive Insurance for International Students in China". For information about the specific terms of insurance, insurance liability, claim settlement methods and other information, please go to the website http://www.lxbx.net to view and download relevant information.

6. 教材费 Textbooks

教材由学生自行购买，约300-800元/学年。

Textbooks are purchased by students themselves, costing approximately RMB 300-800 per academic year.

7. 缴费说明 Payment Instructions

（1）报名费在递交申请材料时缴纳，一经缴纳，不予退还。

Application fee is non-refundable, which should be submitted along with application materials.

（2）学费和保险费在报到注册时一次性缴纳。

Tuition and Insurance fee should be paid at one time when making registration.

（3）住宿费在入住时需至少交付一个学年。

Upon check-in, the students are required to prepay the accommodation fee for one year at least and a deposit (RMB Cash only).

（4）以上费用可通过现金、现场银行卡、微信、支付宝等多种方式至学校财务处缴纳。

The above fees can be paid by cash, on-site bank card, WeChat, Alipay and other means to the school's finance office.

注：该收费标准适用于2026年秋季入学。

Note: Above tuition and fees will take effect for admissions in September 2026.
